PROJECT MANAGERS
Growing General Contractor / Development Company specializing in multi-family residential projects and public works projects has immediate openings for SUPERINTENDENTS and PROJECT MANAGERS.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience and knowledge of Word, Excel, Expedition (Primavera), and Microsoft Project. Excellent people skills, communication and leadership, as well as knowledge of all levels of construction a must.
References and clean DMV record required.

JOB Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Understanding and implementation of contract specifications and drawings
-Receiving, logging, and expediting subcontractor submittals, RFI’s, C/O’s, etc.
-Preparation of meeting minutes
-Management of subcontractor trades
-Tracking costs and completing project within scheduled completion time and on budget.
-Preparation and maintenance of project schedule.
-Coordinate safety meetings and compliance with all OSHA, and other regulations
-Liaison with Owner(s)
