Job description
Job description: At Triple Canopy, we integrate analysis, planning, protection, training and fundamentals such as communications, logistics, medical and life support services to help you create and sustain a secure operational environment.

Must be able to evaluate and staff positions as required. Must be prepared to attend weekly meetings and communicate effectively with Senior Manager, Recruiting and Retention, as well as recruiting team.

  • Recruit for support and security positions, both mobile and fixed site, as contractually required
  • Source, prescreen, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Utilize various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates
  • Work with hiring managers on specific openings
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Req. candidate profile :
  • Over 4 years experience in sourcing and recruiting individuals (sales experience may be substituted)
  • Must be results oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees and management
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
  • General HR knowledge and understanding of common staffing metrics and functions required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess the ability to overcome applicant objections and close the sale

Valued Non-Essential Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with the military special operations community
  • Bachelor's degree (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted)
  • Military recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
