Job description: The Premium Sales Associate (PSA) is responsible for all Business Development activities concerning small sized accounts. The PSA position is a conversion role (bringing on new business), relying on cold-calling techniques for success. The PSA identifies volume and sales opportunities, reviews new and current services, resolves claims and service challenges, and conveys information regarding the marketplace, competition and customer needs to the Area Sales Manager.

The PSA is responsible for achieving aggressive conversion revenue goals. She/he will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Job duties: •Volume and revenue development through cold-calling by in-person visits and contacts by phone
•Follow up on Sales Leads through employee/phone centre
•Handle multiple responsibilities
•Ability to work flexible hours (longer hours when required)
Req. candidate profile : •Sales experience (not mandatory)
